The shop had been buying finished packs and wanted to assemble its own for local e-bike models. The budget did not stretch to an automatic line, so the quote focused on grading and bench welding.
Commissioning was done remotely: weld samples were sent for sectioning, and the schedule was adjusted twice before the shop released its first batch.
