BOVTEC is the brand of Shenzhen Bonvie Technology Co.,Ltd., based in Bantian, Longgang District, Shenzhen. We build spot welding power, automatic weld stations, pack consumables and 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery products, so a pack project is quoted against one specification and handed over with one document set.

A weld is the capability.
Pack sourcing breaks down when the supplier can quote a welder but cannot say which strip, which electrode or which grading window it was set up for. Our pages are written around those three things.
BOVTEC supplies spot welding power and heads, automatic sort, paste and weld stations, nickel strip, insulation rings, holders and electrodes, and finished 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery packs for home storage and portable use. The ranges sit next to each other because a pack project needs all four at the same bench.
Each product page states the standard configuration and the documents issued with it. Each application page states the constraints the project usually carries. Where a document, certificate or reference is not yet supplied, the page says so instead of filling the gap with a claim.

Build and test
Machines are assembled, dry-run and, where applicable, witnessed at factory acceptance.

Integration
Line-side controls, point lists and recipes are agreed with the plant team before shipment.

Handover
Drawings, manuals, spare lists and test records are issued with the shipped configuration.
