The workshop was starting pack production for two scooter models and wanted the preparation steps in-house rather than buying graded cells at a premium.
The sequence was quoted as sorter, paper pasting, welder and inspection, with fixture sets for both pack layouts. Programs were proved at our works using the customer's cells before shipment.
At handover the operators were trained on program recall and bin threshold setting, and the parameter sheets for both models were issued with the machines.

- One dual-side automatic welder with two fixture sets
- Weld inspection station and parameter sheets

- Cell grading moved in-house instead of relying on supplier batches
