The brand had three tool shells in production and a fourth in development. A rotary system was quoted with tooling plates for the current three, and the plate design was kept parametric so the fourth could be added without changing the machine.
Sample packs were welded and sectioned before approval. The section photos and the weld schedule were attached to the approval record, which the buyer now uses as the reference for batch release.
