Dual-side welder adds program recall by pack layout
The HDL6030B now stores welding programs per pack layout, so changing pack models is a recall and a fixture swap.
The dual-side automatic welder now keeps welding programs on the controller, indexed by pack layout. Recalling a program restores weld current, time and head sequence for both sides of the fixture.
The change came from workshops running several pack models on one machine. Previously the schedule was re-entered by hand, which introduced variation between shifts.
Existing machines can be updated with a controller software package; the mechanical layout is unchanged.
