Solution composition

Graded cells

Cells are sorted into resistance and voltage bins before grouping, so parallel strings stay balanced under load.

Nickel strip width is chosen against the current path, and holders set the pitch so the assembly stays rigid in the frame.

Tooling and programs are quoted for pilot quantities, with the same parameter sheet and sample approval as a volume order.
